Grape lovers need no reason to sip on endless varietals from the several amazing wine hotspots in San Diego. A short drive from North County is the beautiful wine country of Temecula, with South Coast Winery, Callaway, and Europa being just a few of our favorites.
If you’re craving wine but don’t feel like making the drive to Temecula, Escondido is home to two fantastic wineries, Hungry Hawk and Cordiano.

Be sure to say hello to the Koi fish that live in the garden’s ponds – there are a handful of impressively old Koi’s swimming about.
