Our top tip for you this month is to consider cutting the cord and canceling your cable and/or satellite service. All you need is a high speed internet to stream content on-demand from Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and more. We cut the cord in October 2019 and have loved all the options along with the savings.

Another tip we have to help you save money is to refinance your current mortgage. Now is a great time to take advantage of the low interest rates and lower your monthly payments.
